Settle for 3NT?

With standard methods there's no great way to show a 1=4=4=4 with SI, so even if you do judge this hand to be worth investigating slam (I do) I don't know how to go about it. Of course, using my preferred methods instead...

A trump lead makes the slam quite difficult but not impossible.

Our auction would go 1N-2-2-3(MSS)-4-4(Kickback) and on to 6 IF N took a rosy view of his hand, and end in 3N if he didn't, difficult to know what I'd do seeing both hands, we would find out about everything in the south hand except J but not in time to stop below 6.

This works well in this case.
Do you only use the approach with 4441s or also with 4M4m looking to end in 4NT if a fit isn't found?
This also frees up a couple of 1NT 3x bids for me

We can be 4M4m32, it fits with the rest of the system though, we play 1N-2-2-3 as MSS and 1N-2-2-3 as the one hand we can't disentangle over 3 which I think is 5/3(41).
