If you have a good hand in this situation and opps aren't playing miserie, pard will have 0-1 hcp. Since he's kinda like out of the bidding, you can bid your hand naturally because you don't need to worry about him taking you too seriously: he's broke and will pass as soon as he can.

So, all the bids you mentioned are natural, except the cue bids and perhaps 2NT. The 2 can be some 0544, while 3 is probably the same thing but stronger (like in "I should have opened 2).
