Scoring: IMP

1S-2C
2D-2H
3NT-4C
4D-4H
6C
- -
2C=Clubs OR 3 card S and limit+
2D=5 card S, no 4 card H and 12-14
2H=no agreement, but can be taken as reverse and GF
3NT=minimum
4C=slem interest
4D=1st or 2nd control (can bid 4NT as sign off)
4H=1st or 2nd control
- -
PS: How do you plan the play after a Spade lead?

South bid too much, though if North has to bid 3NT both on this hand and on Axxxx Kx A10xx Qx, your system is also to blame. A big problem with jumping to show a minimum is that it consumes space on your most common hand-type.

I win A, finesse the heart, unblock Q, ruff a heart , cash A, cash the top spades, and play a trump to the jack.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

Over 2 I'm not sure why north doesn't continue to show his hand with 3, then south can bid 3 over that and however it continues, the decisions are much more informed since both players know each others shape. I suppose whether you reach 6 or not would depend on what north bids over 3, 3NT or 4, and if he bids 4 it would be hard to put on the brakes.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

I stopped reading at 3NT, I didn't understand that bid.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

"2H=no agreement, but can be taken as reverse and GF"
Huh? No agreements in this sequence? :)

If north can bid a natural 3 over 2, then why not?
South seems to be optimistic with 4, but I don't know this system...
