2NT is bid with all GF hands but sometimes also with bluffs which just want to play 3m. Partner's double is t/o to hearts.

Sry, I typed wrong hand in.
The problem in the hand is: do we bid 3 or 4 spades.

4S is an overbid. 3S is absolutely down the middle. You pass with a weak hand.

I expect partner has 5-5 with tops or near to suggest 3-level.
DKQ +SJ-5th all fit his 5-5. 3S here would be tepid - take away DQ.
