I bid 5♦. Is 4NT better? 2♠ or 4♠?

I vote for 4D at w/w. I kinda admire 5D because there is a big chance RHO has a 1 suiter in spades and has to bid 5S, but it's possible he's just strong balanced and we go for 800 or even 1100 etc.
