Pass.
I don't expect to collect a big penalty but this doesn't seem like a good hand to play a NT partscore. Bidding 2♣ immediately would be my second choice ahead of 1NT because partner may play me for less if I bid clubs after passing.

I don't understand who is vul.
If they are V, I would pass, because 1. I'm not unhappy to defend this hand, and 2. I don't really fancy 3NT at this Vul.
If we are V, I think I would bid 1NT. I hate the distribution, the hand has many flaws, but I think if I pass and pard rebids, I will never know if I should try for game or not. What should I rebid over 1S or 2D if I pass ?

Is 'sandwich 1NT' on by passed hand to get in with distributional 2 suiter unbids? Not if poster is asking. Why not?
I rather like 2C here as where I live, cannot support S or D lead. Maybe 3C plays.

If my choices are passs and 1 NT, this is a clear pass. But I would prefer 2 club.
