4♣. Pard must be slammish. Else why would he be daisy-picking with his relays? In context, my hand is good.
If there's a chance pard misinterprets 4♣ as diam + cue, then I'd do 4♦.

I think opposite a 2n rebid it would be ok to show COV with as little as Kxx, so it seems awfully likely partner is broke in both majors. I would pull assuming partner showed 6 diamonds. If he might have 5, then maybe it's better to sit.
