Learned a neat new trick regarding lobsters last night:

Lobster legs contain a decent amount of meat, however, extracting said meat is a royal pain in the butt.

Enter the rolling pin.

Break the leg off the body, run the rolling pin up the leg. All the meat squirts right out.

So the next time I go to a seafood restaurant, I should ask for a rolling pin in addition to the nutcracker?
