We got to a good (not the best) contract, but I have lots of questions...

3 is explained as 2+H; 11-21HCP; 12-22total. When is it right to make this bid with only 2 hearts?

3 is explained as 5+H; 3+S; 13+total points. What would 4 have been instead? Shouldn't 3S show extras, if 4 would have been a minimum with 5+H and 3+S?

3NT is explained as 2-5H; 5-6S; 11-12HCP; 12-22total; partial stops in both minors. Is this bid forcing? Does it show extras? Is this saying we'd never want to play in 3N with a 5-3 spade fit? If it's not forcing, I certainly don't like GIB making this bid knowing that we have 5-5 hearts. If it is forcing, am I supposed to cuebid, if possible?

4 is explained as 5+H; 3+S; 13+total points, same as 3. If it's non-forcing, shouldn't it have an upper limit?

4NT explanation includes 20-22total, so I guess GIB still thinks I could have only 13.

Was 6 correct? ie: was there a way to show Q and two Kings?

Why does GIB want to play 6 instead of 6? Or would 6 not be to play over 6?

How reasonable or not was my correction to 7?

Thanks for your help.

The standard positive response to the Q-ask in RKCB is to bid the cheapest King below the trump suit. Experts may then play that bidding other suits between there and trumps shows or asks about that King, but I'll bet GIB doesn't have this in its system, so there's probably no way to show two side Kings.
