Get rid of "They" column

Why do we need both a "We" and "They" column in My Results? In matchpoints, They is just 100-We. And in IMPs, we could instead use + and - signs on the scores.

Actually, I can see leaving it in team games, since it's nice to be able to see each team's total. But for pair games, all we care about is our own score.
