Hi,
At the client version, when I starta team match, I send a chat note to lobby to ask platers to join my match.
How do I do it at the Web version ....( no lobby chat).

You can't. You can, however, start a team match with less than 8 players, and with some luck, you will find some people who will join. I didn't have a lot of luck in this a while ago when I tried, but maybe this changed and more people look for partly empty team matches.

The web version allows you to create a team match and wait for others to join...but unfortunately this rarely works and isn't utilized.

IMO, this is one of the huge things lacking in the web version (lobby chat capability). If this one thing were added, I'd no longer need the client version.

You can raid the list of tournament substitutes to fill your match, however these are all singles and quite often you'd prefer to have random pairs than random singles.
