Gro's Supercup broadcast not working with flash version

Hi, I can't watch the Gro's Supercup broadcast with the flash version of BBO. I can watch Gro's Supercup with the Windows version, and I can watch other Vugraphs like World Youth or Israeli Teams with the Flash version. But when I tried to watch the Supercup with the Flash version, I saw an empty table, no cards and no bidding. I did try flushing my cache.

Same problem here using Chrome browser and Flash 10.3.183.5. I cannot even see the cards/playback for the hands played before I joined the table.

I notice that it seems to be a single table Pairs vugraph, which is very rare for vugraphs

Haha and now I am watching on the Windows version with a nice "BBO - Upgrade today! Experience the difference!" ad.

As an addendum, I was able to see the player names on the Flash version.

Same problem with Internet Explorer 9 and Flash 10.3.181.34.

I don't see names, just North, South, East and West.

Seems it's a setting that doesn't work well with Flash:
