Here is a link to free Learn to Play software from the ACBL site. It was written by Fred Gitelman, the creator of Bridgebase which guarantees that it's awesome!

Learn to Play Bridge is really good, if you carefully go through it (it might take you more than a week), you will be better than most users on BBO.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

There are "free" beginner lessons offer I guess daily on the BBO gaming site. I put free in quotes because some time ago, to support the activity of the people running the online club, they started charging a nominal yearly fee to be a member (I don't know how much the fee is). They do offer something like first 60 days of membership free to first time members, which it seems you would be.. A 60 day free trial should be enough to determing if the content/lessons are worth whatever the yearly fee might be (it use to totally free). To find out more about this group, check out... http://www.bilbridge.com/
