I know... no one knows how to make GIB stop doing stupid things as declarer... It just seems like someone should be able to figure out how to tell him that if he can't win a trick in fourth seat he should play low and not waste higher cards (like ♠10 on the first trick below).

yes... same like, sometimes GIB ruffs with trump A and then finesse trump J lol.
