Defence against a specific contract

Hello

I've rented robots and would like to practice defense against them playing for example a 1NT
contract with my IRL partner, is this possible? I tried the teaching table but I can't figure out if
I can hide the other hands from myself.

In a teaching table, click on Options at the top of the screen, and select Teaching Table Options. Then uncheck "Show all hands" in the Host and Other Players boxes (the latter is off by default).
