I played this hand today, as one of many, but it doesn't appear in

The hands before and after it are both in the myhands list (as #49 and #50 there):

Why would that be?

It appears that all hands that have made it to myhands have been scored against 15 others but the hand in question (which I played over an hour ago) has only been scored against 13 others. Is the system still looking for 2 other results? Are people still playing that hand? Just curious...

Never did get an answer to this question, and it's happening again. I am still at the table, so results are still being compiled for the many hands I have played today. But, one hand that I played 4 hours ago has still only been played 14 times, not the 16 required to "complete" the hand. Why would this be?

What hand?

My suspicion is that there were some redeals at other tables, and they count against the 16.

I don't know how to identify the hand for you, since it's not in myhands, so I don't see a traveller number. It's the second hand I played today, at 11:21 or 11:22am.

From what I can see, the hand was also played at tables with three GIBs and:
gemplus29, abcaaa, norway104, 20D, tokmek, tucsongal, hafidh, mosato, totothai, sunny95, lachannais, nomeit48, and sb2011. Two more are needed to complete the 16.

I'm surprised that all of the tables are three-GIBs-and-one-human; are these tables somehow in a separate section, so we don't compete with tables of four humans?

If there were redeals that count against the 16 times a hand can be played, can they be counted as "Average" on the traveller, like when tournament hands don't get played, in order to allow the hand to be posted in myhands with 14 (or 13 or 15...) results?

The hand diagram and time was enough info. We were able to find the log messages related to the hand, and we have an idea about what the bug might be. There was a table that started playing it, but never properly completed or cancelled it before starting the next hand 40 minutes later. We think there might be a timeout condition that causes this, and now the hand is stuck in limbo where it won't be dealt again. We'll do some more testing and try to fix. Thanks.
