Help
I used the play with GIB for free on the first of the month and I am sure I played more than 11 hands but it only collected information on 11 hands. (Not Video Bridge- private table.) Where are they?

My Hands doesn't collect all the hands I played that day I set an IMPs room but I played at least 2 sets.

Hands in the MBC don't show up in myhands until they have been played all 16 times and retired (so that players can't see hands they might later play). Sometimes boards get "stuck", and never get all their plays, and then they never show up.

I am sure I sure I used vgraph as a source- does that have to be played 16 times?

Vugraph hands don't go into myhands at all, only duplicate hands are saved. This is on our to-do list, but no estimate of when it will happen.
