If you go here you will find CCs for all of the systems being used in this year's BB. For example, under China, Ju-Shi are playing a version of Precision, albeit without the Precision 2♦ opening (they open 1♦ on that hand instead).

Except that the range is different and it says nothing about minor suit lengths and that it is 5-5 when vulnerable. The NV (4-4) opening is simply a version of Ekrens, nothing to do with Precision at all.
