If you go here you will find CCs for all of the systems being used in this year's BB. For example, under China, Ju-Shi are playing a version of Precision, albeit without the Precision 2 opening (they open 1 on that hand instead).

Looking at the 2 closely and at nonvul-its like a modified "standard" precision 2- 4/4 both majors.

Except that the range is different and it says nothing about minor suit lengths and that it is 5-5 when vulnerable. The NV (4-4) opening is simply a version of Ekrens, nothing to do with Precision at all.
