My point is that 2♥-P-3♥-P-P-4♦ I can still score +130 in 4♦, partner will not get excited, I think 2♥-3♦-3♥-3N-P-4♦ is forcing so I'm playing 4N/5♦ at least so I probably have to pass 3N.
