A simple line, to get the ball rolling:
Win ♠A,. lead a ♥ (assume RHO wins ♥Q with ♥A and returns a ♥) Win ♥K (Assume ♥J does not appear) Cash ♦Q Discard a ♥ on ♠K. If an opponent dropped a ♦ honour, and ♦ are 4-1, then rely on ♣ finesse.
If ♦ are 3-2, then draw trumps, cash ♣AK and ruff a ♣ hoping ♣Q is doubleton of trebleton.
