Which BBO tournaments gives reward points like 2+?

ACBL and BBO tournaments
so list all tournaments then
click on BBO tournaments will show what is available, most cost $1

to get to 2
you need to win 1 point to get a "2" rating

BBO points are awarded for any tournament you have to pay to enter. In addition, if it's associated with a national bridge organization, it may also award their masterpoints. See the help file:
