Truncate descriptions Surely a relatively simple fix

The descriptions should designed to be aware of the limited space they have in which to be displayed.

Get rid of all spaces,replace total points with TP, replace forcing with a bold F and the level which it is forcing. Any other ways to shorten the descriptions and get more information out (even if its nonsensical or misleading)? If a GIB user doesn't understand TP then they probably won't understand HCP.

It would also help to get rid of the many confusing instances where a description of a bid starts with, say, 5+ and then later on shows 3+.
