When the ads start to load, my screen freezes. I can log in but when I go to the next page, (solitaire competitive bbo prime casual etc) I get an off centered ad or no ad at all and NOTHING works. Then the twirly thing comes on forever. Can you block my ads also? thank you

I'm not sure if this is the same problem or something different, but I've had MANY instances while playing "Casual" games with friends, and also during ACBL events, where the screen is frozen during the bidding or play of the hand. You click on a bid or a card to play, and it just doesn't move instantly, as it usually does. Then after a variable gap of seconds ( 5 - 45) the bid\card finally is displayed, and sometimes the gap is long enough that the player has been ejected from the game. We play on latest-generation laptops or iPads, with 4G internet using wireless connections; upload speeds when tested can be as low as 5 MB/sec, but are usually higher.
I have never had the problem while using my desktop iMac which is connected via Ethernet, so a much faster web experience.
Is this all due to slow wireless connections?

Support says "to clear cache , clean data, re-start , remove all old BBO stuff start clean.
STILL FREEZING. Didn't find topic in support forum after searches so writing it here sorry big guy.
Obviously this is happening to a lot of people. I tried the following above, removed bookmark,
looked for anything BBO related on desktop. CLEAN restart... search BBO , taken to log in , signed
in, worked for about 8 minutes . Then frozen. You can hear the game going on around you but no
button functions. The only way out is to close page and magically its ready to sign you back in !!
I even tested a version when I turned off all my ad blockers and filters went in naked...... it
froze me faster than 10 seconds. Here's my guess, your techs haven't caught on yet the recent up
load events of "MATA" and GOGGLE .... see the new blue start on you address bar? That's called
Zenith, or something... Its Google's new AI intro into YOUR LIFE. You can't close it you can't delete
it, It will even argue with in an AI chat box that you can't disable it. It's running all across
google formats, especially 'google' watching and recording every key stroke you make, " all to make your
life better." ( see movie '1984')
