1- Obviously 6 is undefined.
2- Gib can't count to 13 tricks?
3- Gib can't follow its CC :
7= 1+, 30+TPs
7N= 32+hcp
I think Gib S should be very easy to bid up to 7/7N since they have 15 tricks.

Sometimes GIB is not good with hands that are so good, it can't properly simulate. Like there are instances it has passed a 2NT opening bid with 20 points, etc. I think this has something to do with that.

Is this hand made up?
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

The fact you made it up is sort of the point. I'm not saying it should happen, but it's so unlikely (by definition!) that it shouldn't be too big of a problem.
