It looks like W's hand is 10xxxx, AQ, KJxxx, x and E's is AQ, Jxx, xx, Q109xxx

We can't duck Q♥ to endplay W as he plays a spade and we lose to J♥ too, so we win K♥, diamond to A and duck a heart. E has to take care of our club loser, then we ditch the diamond loser on J♠.
