Does the tournament award BBO points?

No, it doesn't. Most free tourneys don't award points. There are a couple of special exceptions: the monthly Masters & Royals tourney on the 28th of each month, and the CBO monthly tourney for college students. We also awarded BBO and ACBL points for the NABC Online practice tourneys.
