Make "Undo" invisible to partner

Dear BBO,

can you please make the undo-requests invisible to the partner of the requester?
It is being abused all the time. Just one particularly egregious example:
N opens 2S, E passes, S passes. Now E asks for an undo, which is rejected.
W now bids 2NT on 3-3-5-2 7 count (without S stopper)! E raises to 3nt, which makes.

Similar cases abound.
