Hide scores when Kibitz single player

Hi,

When a kibitzer is viewing a single player (e.g. by clicking on their name then "Kibitz West"), it is likely that we want to consider their decisions alongside the player in real time.

However, the box that contains the running score automatically updates with the other table's result, which means some of the utility of the "kibitz single player" mode is lost. I propose that the other table's result is removed by default in the "kibitz single player" mode.
