After 18 months co-managing a private group in weekly tournaments, I am looking for a BBO TD or ATD to restart the group. I do not want to do it solo -- too many things can go wrong. Reward for administration and participation with this group is friendship and appreciation. Rude behaviour is not tolerated, and is quite rare. Group goals are playing with friends and social interaction. BBO TD authority is not required, but some ATD experience is. Weekly tournament management is usually easy: Most everyone knows most everyone else. Day of week and time of day is negotiable. Tournament size is limited to 12 tables, and usually plays 4 to 8 tables. Group coordination is by weekly email. We have a mail manager and participation tracking with 'check back' for those who have not played in a while. New player recruitment seems to be a group commitment: It happens.
