BBO Extractor problem Extractor failed

The following message - "No data on traveller page. The detailed results may be embargoed or may not have been published yet. Giving up !"

Also during the extract "The server is currently unable to access the page you requested, due to temporary overloading or maintenance operations.

I am running a desktop with windows 10. Another member of our team successfully extracted the files

Has anyone else seen this problem

All virtual clubs were notified about this yesterday. Hand information for all EBU clubs will not be available between 12 noon and 10pm Mon-Thu this week in order to assist the security of the Sim Pairs events.
