I'm happily chatting with someone, when the chat box will no longer allow any text to be typed in it for some reason?
Neither will the name box next to it or the find a friend one or the pop up profile box for messages or to put notes on their profile?
Sometimes I cannot even start to chat.
I use Firefox and log in from here https://www.bridgeba...?cb=Beva15E7NT.
If anyone has any ideas to help please?
Swapping back to IE did let me carry on my conversation last time though.
Thanks.

I've had that happen occasionally also. I just clear the chat box and keep going.

I've even tried logging on and off several times, but without success.

You don't have to do that. Just click in the chat box and you will be given the option to Clear Chat. Just clear it and carry on. Granted you will lose all the previous chat, but hopefully your memory isn't that short. :)

It's a glitch in flash. Easiest way to resolve is to click in the URL bar, then go back to the chat box, which will randomly set it working again.

But you should get used to logging into the new HTML version, as in 4 months it won't be possible to use the Flash version.

The easiest (and best, IMO) way to resolve a glitch in Flash is to refrain from using it.
