Logging on via app

When I try to log on to BBO via the app on my ipad I keep getting the message “Could not load critical file. Please check your internet connection and try again”. There’s no problem with my connection and I can log in via the website. Anyone know why this is? I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling.

Same problem. Deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

BBO had system problems yesterday and today. Should be fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience.

After playing Bridgebase daily on my iPad, I now get a message 'Could not load critical file'. Trying to get information through Safari does not work, as it reports 'Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found'. Must be a Bridgebase issue. Is there a fix?
