This seems very simple. If you are forced to bid then you bid. Anything.

I would chalk this up to bad luck. On another distribution, ♠75 would be a stopper and 4NT would roll.

I think GiB is expecting at least one human at the table. Which bot is to blame. Is it all the same bot. Etc Do people intentionally torment the poor thing. I get enough disasters without setting them up

Goffster's suggestion is reasonable.
Unfortunately, for a year or more, BBO seems to have been unable to spare a programmer to fix GiB bugs
No spokesperson has been prepared to hazard a guess as to when BBO might start to address such issues.
