ACBL Robot Individual 2021 Timing

Can anyone tell me for certain that today's March 6, 2021 ACBL Robot Individual Tournament started at 12:01 am Eastern time? That would be 10:01 am my time. And it would end at 9:59 pm my time.

My problem is this -- BBO shows the start time as 10:10 pm March 5, 2021 and everything I've read says BBO times are always Eastern. So either BBO is reporting in a different time zone or the tournament started and ends earlier than it's supposed to.
