Actually, no it isn't, which is why this is such a difficult bidding hand. A pretty universal agreement is that jumps after weak bids by an opponent are strong, jumps after a strong (e.g. opening bid strength +) are weak. Since 2 shows an opening bid strength hand, jumps are weak.

What would you bid with

Presumably 5 which is quite different from the original hand which has 11 solid tricks in hand.
