BBO extracter for tourney results

Hi
I download tourney results daily for a virtual club so that they can be uploaded to another website.
I use BBO extractor as a Chrome plugin.
It has been fine up until Saturday. Today it won't work and gives "www.bridgebase.com redirected you too many times" as an error message.
I get this whether I use my PC or my Mac.
Is there a BBO issue with the results server today?

Hi Cathryn,

There was an issue with myhands at the time you tried to run the BBO extractor. This has been resolved since.

I hope you managed to upload your results, eventually.
