Could you please tell me how many free robot races I have to complete before I get a tournament completion rate and do I have to play them within certain time frame ? Many thanks

Only timed games matter, as a generic rule of thumb, because they impact other players' experience. Instants, daylongs do not count towards the tourney completion rate because if you don't finish them, this won't affect the other players in the game (they arent "in real time" and nobody is waiting for you).

Robot duplicates count, but only in the positive direction: Completing it increases your completion rate, but dropping out doesn't reduce it.
