Can't log In with tablet

Hi,

I'm unable to login to BBO using my Ipad or a Samsung tablet.
I contacted BBO but the only reply was to reset my password !?!
Not a relevant solution, but I followed their advice, no fix.
I can login with same credentials with my Imac and Iphone
but on the tablets, it hangs on a blue screen and a circle just keeps turning.
Any suggestions ?

Are you running a recent version of iOS and Android?

If you're having trouble with the apps, try logging into the browser version.
