Here is what happens so far

Spoiler

On club to K, they produce 9 and 6.
On the two D ruffs they provide 63 and 75 respectively.
On heart to A they produce 2 and 7.
On hearts K they produce 4 and T.
Spades to Q produces 5 and K.

Now West leads clubs T.
