Ave + in swiss team not reflected in VP Score #66030 Swiss teams Potluris

In a swiss team tournament (#66030 Swiss teams Potluris) we got ave for a bd as opps were slow, kept getting disconnected and last bd did not start till 3 mins were left for the round. Later TD gave us ave+. But that did not reflect in the VP score for that round.
In round 4 (out of 5)
We got 11 imps for board 10, 2 imps for board 11 and 3 imps (ave+) for bd 12. Thats 16 imp and as per VP scale should be 16 VP but we got only 15 VP. Is this a bug?
