If there is a revoke on trick 12, discovered after lead to 13th trick, it is corrected regardless of wether it was established or not.
If declarer revokes, we simply correct the revoke.
If defender revokes, we correct the revoke. If the revoke was before partner's turn to play, we apply Law16C, otherwise it's a simple correction?

This can get extremely complex:
the provision requiring correction is active until the hands are returned to the board. supposedly all at the same time.
there are ramifications if revoker's partner is afforded a change of play). such as UI restrictions upon revoker's partner if the play changed via 62C2
correcting an established revoke does not unestablish it
no tricks is transferred (no regard) to establishment
However, once the threshold requiring correction has passed (after cards have been returned to the board), cards belonging to T12 and T13 don't change (no trick ownership change nor trick transfer) and there is the possibility of an adjusted score at the discretion of the TD

The law here seems clear and logical to me.
As I read L62D, correction is required if the revoke is discovered while any hand has yet to be returned to the board.
If the revoke is discovered later then it can no longer be corrected (and if it was established then L64 applies).
