Qualifying for Stars bbofest tournament

I think people would like the following feature...

In addition to the regular qualifiers for the Stars Tournament, the following people would also qualify:

People with at least an X winning % in Star Challenges, over the last Y months, with at least Z challenges.

My 1st thought would be something on the order of: 60% over last month with at least 10 challenges
