Anyone having trouble with a white banner that goes across the entire viewing screen? The playing cards are compressed into about a 1 inch space at the top of the page, and a white banner crosses over all of this so you can't see the cards. The print in very small - i.e. about 1/16 of an inch. I have tried zooming out and yes it gets bigger, but the banner still blocks everything. I have cleared my history cache, power washed my computer, tried shift enter, alt enter and even have contacted BBO, with no help so far. I'm using an Acer Chromebook computer, and access the game via regular internet. I'm pretty sure I have changed something in settings, but can't access them because of the silly banner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should not be seeing ads at all, as your account is very new and we do not display ads to new users. Can you send a screenshot of your screen to diana@bridgebase.com please?
