Occasional user can't log in to BBO

Hi, one of my players (MichaelMic) is having problems logging in to BBO. He keeps getting the message 'you have not logged in with this account recently. Please try again'. He has tried again but still gets the same message.
Can you explain what he needs to do to get logged in, please.

No need to reply - he has now set up a new account, and all is working fine.

That message comes from the BBO Store when you're trying to purchase BB$, not the main BBO app.

I can't find a user with that username, either. Are you sure you spelled it correctly?
