BBO tournaments are not showing up, all tournament sections are blank, there is nothing in the news section on this. Is anyone else having this problem?

There were several issues early today. The root causes have been resolved, but since DNS was involved there may be lingering problems for a few more hours due to obsolete data in DNS caches. We've flushed the caches of some popular public DNS services, but there's not much we can do about ISP caches.

I have tournaments available but the robots keep crashing 'GIB ask failed'
I am having the same problems. Have cleared cache, turned off VPN and ad blocker, and tried a different browser (I usually use Chrome but tried Edge instead. Nothing seems to work.

Some ISPs have DNS caches that don't clear automatically like they should. If you're still having trouble, try changing your DNS server to Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8.

Has been intermittent for me throughout the days over last couple of days, not being able to connect to BBO at all, then a couple of times program crashing while I'm playing. Interestingly enough every time BBO doesn't work I get a message from Norton about a site called purefindresults.com which is malware so Norton cancels the connection, this is only happening when I try to connect to BBO and not for any other sites, also when connecting with the site works I do not get the Norton message. I am a Canadian player but unless all issues are with Canadian players I think it is a BBO problem judging by what they have posted. In any case finally am back on again

It's STILL hit or miss. BBO might be working on the problem but it certainly hasn't solved it.

I've been unable to logon to BBO for 48 hours, back now.
It's been a big wake up call to spend less time messing around on BBO

Here in Italy many people are still having problems, depends upon ISP. I am on TIM, probably the largest: I have only been able to use the app since 20 hours ago and this is the first time the forum worked.
