Teaching Table Showing hands in teaching table

I would like to have one person be the "teacher" and see all hands, and all participants to see only their own hands. Is that possible? If so, what are the steps to join a teaching table and only see your own hand. I have tried to show "friends" and then join their table, but then I see all of the hands. I am a bit confused on this. Thank you.
