I'm trying to print a convention card in my account and I can only print the second page. Is there any way to print both pages? I'm using windows 11 with an HP inkjet printer, if that matters. I've tried everything, to no avail. My thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

What happens when you try to save to PDF? Are you trying to print in portrait mode (most that I've seen printed from BBO are landscape)?
There are other options (BW) to printing your card, as well. It means re-copying the information, but maybe that will work for you.
There are other options (that I wrote, mostly) to printing your card, as well. But the learning curve is such that - well, yeah, nah.

I hesitate to even suggest it, but did you select to print all pages?
I just tried it with my cards and they print ok on one full landscape page, I imagine yours are longer.

Yes, I selected print all pages, and made adjustments to my printer (HP8030) suggested by BBO support. Nothing works. Only the second page of the card prints.
I don't know what a "longer" card is. Its the standard 2 page ACBL card, just like the ones you see at every game.

The convention card is just one page -- what people call the front and back are just the right and left sides, respectively.
You may need to adjust the scaling in the print dialogue.
