Pass, 6322 (with Hxx in the other major) is a minus to a hand that already has many flaws. It risks partner going to 4S or 6S losing way too much.
JTxxxx - xxxx xxx would already have more appeal but still risky and unlikely to gain much unless partner can fit us high.

You are green vs. red, IMPs scoring, they will have a game, and -4 is not the end of the world.
But this means not that you can do anything.
In the end peoble quite often seem to forget, that some times their p are on lead, and do you
really want p to lead the K from Kx in spades? Killing the defence, giving away whatever?
Make it a 7 carder, have a heart single, or just make 7222 and we can start talking, the 7th spade
will be at least an add. trick, if you find yourself in 4SX.
You want p to bid 4S, if he is looking at 2-3 tricks and 3 spades.
