robot made a takeout double with 6=1=2=4 I lost -1080 after passing it

The robot never told me the good spades. As a result, I passed my hand having no suit to bid and good trumps. It made with 2 overtricks as I drew all trumps immediately, and the opponents ran their diamonds.
