I was just wondering if it is permitted to comment or ask questions while watching a Vugraph match.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy - but it might improve my bridge.

As a general spectator, you can NOT comment. That is, if you tried to talk to the table or speak to the kibitzers (As a group), it will not work. Only people who have been "ungagged" by the vugraph staff can speak to the table.
As far as asking questions. If the commentator has three pluses in his profile ( +++ ) you can speak to them. If they do not, your messages will not be heard. IT is assumed if they want questions they will put three pluses in their profile so then it is alrght. Yellow host can be spoken too even without the three pluses, but they might be too busy with a variety of things, not to mention 100 people sharing their views, to respond to you privately.
In the future there maybe vugraph channnels where you WILL be able to share your thoughts with others. If that day comes, try to have something useful to say before speaking. :-)

Of course, that last part is the most important.
Thanks for the reply.
